Page Ave. – Candler Park “Moving Sale

The rain had died down when I made it to this sale close to home. The sale was in a 10 year old townhouse condo development just off of Page Ave. The development was one of the first in the neighborhood to try and look old but ended up just looking out of place. The sale was in the basement garage. At the entrance was a box of mugs from a local pet care shop being given away for free. Inside the single car garage it was a very tight squeeze. Among the treasures found there was a drink cozy in the shape of a shapely woman in a bikini, a pair of skull goblets, a box of Manic/Panic brand hair color, a photo album with a skull on the cover, a pair of walkie talkies, a cow costume with udders and several animal cages. In a box on the floor was a dog toy shaped like a leatherman complete with handlebar mustache and pierced nipples. Media included several buns and other organs of steel workout VHS tapes as well a tape of Morrissey. Books included “Girls will be Girls”, ”European Phrase book” and “The Celluloid Closet”
On the way out I noticed two spiked dog collars, a ball with skulls on it and a black umbrella with a large skull on it.
I bought nothing.
