Chester Ave. – Reynolds Town “Yard Sale”

Reynoldstown like Cabbage town has tiny little yards. This tightly packed sale was in the front driveway of a shotgun home. Next to the sale a large cardboard sign had been placed on the back of a 70’s Mercury. In the driveway was a large assortment of novelty giveaway items from the Cartoon Network shows such as Power Puff Girls and Space Ghost. Mixed in with the clutter was an assortment of mid-century kitschy ceramic mushrooms. Other stuff included a selection of doll heads, a small Buddha, an animatronic Halloween cat and a ceramic miniature outhouse.
I bought Cindy a wooden oil paint case with a built in easel for plein air painting.
