Yard Sale Addict

One my way out I spoke with a younger man who was helping with the sale regarding the presence of a sign Nazi in Grant Park. It seems like this deranged soul was tearing down all the sale sign then throwing them into the yards of the sellers. Why are there haters of yard sales? Do these deranged individual fail to see the beauty of such sales and the beauty of the signs?
